从枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis中分离克隆果聚糖合酶(1evansucrase)基因sacB,构建置于CaMV35s启动子调控下的表达载体,通过农杆菌介导,将sacB基因导入番茄栽培品种碧娇.Southe rn杂交证明,目的基因已经整合到番茄基因组中.RT-PCR分析表明,sacB基因在转基因植株中获得转录.在含50 mg·ml-1卡那霉素生根培养基中转化植株生根良好.抗冻试验、叶片电导率测定、多糖含量测定的试验结果均表明,果聚糖合酶基因赋予转基因番茄良好的抗寒性状.国家自然科学基金中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)081193-11973
