以分离自大沙河淡水水域的小球藻PKU AC201 (Chlorella sp.PKU AC201)及分离自深圳湾海水水域的两株微藻小球藻PKU AC117(Chlorella sp.PKU AC117)和链带藻PKU AC 128 (Desmodesmus sp.PKU AC128)为材料,研究其对人工污水中氮和磷的去除效果.结果表明,培养7d,淡水小球藻、海水小球藻和链带藻的OD6s0可分别达到1.4、1.2、0.5,生物量分别达到158.5、139.7、58.8 mg/L,对氨氮的去除率分别达到90.0%、80.2%、57.1%,对可溶性磷酸盐的去除率分别达到94.7%、72.2%、55.1%;3种微藻对污水具有较好的耐性,通过同化吸收作用而非吸附作用可有效地去除人工污水中的氮磷,且小球藻的生长情况及对氮磷的吸收情况均优于链带藻.国家海洋公益性行业科研专项; 中国博士后科学基金; 中国博士后科学基金第六批特别项目中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)011172-176,2014
