Pengaruh Pemberian Back Exercise Dan Slow Stroke Back Massage Terhadap Penurunan Dysmenorrhea Primer

Background: Menstruation is a sign that female reproduction works well. However, this reproductive function is a common thing done everyday because of the power that comes from the menstruation. Pain is very important, even until integrated daily activities. The emergence of objections to people who make some women need treatment or therapy to reduce the pain. Therapy can be done separately by giving back exercise and slow stroke back massage Objective: To know the influence and different effect of back exercise and slow stroke back massage on primary dysmenorrhea decrease in Sambi 04/02, Boyolali, aged 14-18 years Research Method: The research method that will be used is quasi experimental design by using pre and post test of two group design by comparing two groups. The sample used was 12 people then divided into two groups of 6 people each, the experimental group I (Back Exercise) and the experiment II (Slow Stroke Back Massage). Research is done during the first day menstrual cycle until the first day of menstruation in the next month, for 20 minutes 3 times a week. Measurement of pain with Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Result: Result of influence test got value of p-value in experiment group I obtained result 0.000, while in experiment group II obtained result 0.000. Differential test of influence between experiment group I and experiment group II obtained p-value 0,035. Conclusion: There is a difference of effect on the giving of Back Exercise and Slow Stroke Back Massage to the decrease of primary dysmenorrhea with p value = 0,035
