This work focuses on the study of the neurobiological bases of psychiatric disorders using multimodal imaging, with a particular interest in the dopaminergic pathways and the reward system. Its primary objective is to establish, through Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), a link between the dopaminergic system and the reward system from a functional and structural point of view in humans, and especially in patients with psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, cocaine addiction and depression.
