This research measured how big the impact of supermarkets on traditional markets in the city of Cirebon. Respondents in this study is a merchant that sells at a traditional market in the city of Cirebon. This study respondents totaled 97 people. This research is a descriptive study that combines qualitative and quantitative research. Quantitative analysis using differenceindifference (DiD) and methods of tabulation, as well as qualitatively by using in-depth interviews. Results of research using quantitative methods were statistically found significant effects on sales turnover and the number of buyers who come to the traditional markets, but had no impact on the amount of labor used in helping merchants conduct business.
