This research was conducted to describe about the impact of the presence of modern markets on income, number of consumers, inventory of traditional market merchandise both before and after. This research was conducted by field research and using a qualitative descriptive approach, namely interviews with 11 (eleven) traditional market traders, the samples of research were taken by using the snowball sampling technique.
