Introduction: This work attempts to analyze the effects of employee ownership on the development of human capital. By mobilizing the theory of Resource Based View, we can develop a theoretical framework explaining the important role of employees in the creation of competitive advantage. Indeed, human capital is a scarce resource and difficult to reproduce and therefore determines the survival of the firm. The property gives the employee a sense rewarding and reinforces its commitment and involvement in the organization of which he is a member.
