<p>Cellular functions and metabolic activities are indicated by gene ontology (GO) categories that are significantly enriched in clusters ( in cumulative hypergeometric distribution tests). GO terms were taken from the SGD genome annotation file and only direct annotations were used, <i>i</i>.e., annotations were not propagated to their parent terms in the GO structure. Redundant terms were manually filtered and categorized into the three columns of the table.
