Effect of LWDH on the expression of hsp16.2::GFP in <i>C. elegans</i>.

<p>GFP fluorescence images of the <i>C. elegans</i> strain TJ375 expressing hsp16.2::GFP were examined under an epifluorescence microscope (Inset). For fluorescence quantification, images at 24, 48 and 72 h were analyzed using ImageJ software (National Institutes of Health, USA). Data are expressed as HSP-16.2::GFP intensity (mean±SE) relative to control was obtained from two independent experiments with at least 15 worms in each experimental group (N = 30, *p<0.05).
