Kinetic analysis of E111 interaction with DENV genotypes and single variants.

The results are representative of a minimum of three independent experiments, with error bars showing standard deviation. Statistical significance was determined using a paired student t-test comparing the half-life of the E111 binding to 16007 DIII to that of another DIII variant.
