Expression of <i>ERF</i> transcription factors in Col, <i>pxy</i>, and <i>wox4</i> mutants.

<p>(A) qRT-PCR's showing <i>ERF</i> expression changes in upper inflorescence stem, lower inflorescence stem and hypocotyl of 5 week old plants, normalised to <i>18SrRNA</i>. In all instances, higher <i>ERF</i> expression was observed in <i>pxy</i> mutants (grey) than wild type (black) for hypocotyls and stem bases. <i>AtERF1</i> and <i>ERF11</i> demonstrated expression increases in the upper inflorescence stem.
