FOG-2 is SUMOylated at multiple sites.

(B) Nuclear extracts from COS-7 cells transfected with FOG-2 wt and the mutants indicated in the presence (+) or absence of HA-SUMO-1 were probed with an anti-FOG-2 antibody. Mutation of K324, 471 and 915 reduced but did not eliminate the FOG-2 SUMOylation.
