<p>(<b>A–C</b>) HEK293 cells were co-transfected with HIV_NL4-3 and fluorescently tagged HIV_NL4-3-GFP (green) or HIV_NL4-3-RFP (red) and co-cultured with the dye-labeled target T cells MT4 cells (CFSE, green)(A), Jurkat cells (CMTPX, red))(B), and SupT1 cells (CFSE, green)(C) and imaged by confocal fluorescence microscopy.
