<p>(A) Phase contrast microscope images of hVFFs cultured with GM-CSF (0, 10, 100, 500 ng/mL) for 72 h. Scale bar = 200 µm. (B) Cell proliferation was measured after GM-CSF treatment at 12, 24, and 72 hrs using a CCK-8 assay. GM-CSF did not significantly alter hVFF morphology or proliferation.</p
