<p>jpHMM-HIV software available at (<a href="http://jphmm.gobics.de/" target="_blank">http://jphmm.gobics.de/</a>) was used to calculate the posterior probabilities of the subtypes at each sequence position and draw the genome map. All genome composed of subtype B′ and C were put in the left frame while genome containing CRF01_AE segments were put in the right frame. Same breakpoints in different genome schematics were labeled with red line. *DH003 strains was obtained from Yang's paper <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0046777#pone.0046777-Yang1" target="_blank">[22]</a>. # 341 strain was obtained from HIV Los Alomas database and published in Liu's paper <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/1...
