Performance of mice on the 5C-CPT.

<p>This figure shows the P(Hit) (<b>A</b>), the P(FA) (<b>B</b>), the discrimination index d′ (<b>C</b>) and premature responses (<b>D</b>) for control (<i>n</i> = 19) and DVD-deficient (<i>n</i> = 19) mice averaged over 4 blocks of 5 trials. DVD-deficient mice also made more premature responses than control mice, although this did not reach significance (Main effect of Diet <i>F</i>_1,34 = 3.66, <i>P</i> = 0.064).
