Bortezomib treatment reduces IFN-γ production by CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells in mesenteric lymph nodes during DSS-induced colitis.

<p>IFN-γ production by mesenteric lymph node CD4⁺ (<b>A</b>) or CD8⁺ (<b>B</b>) T cells 7 days following DSS administration as determined by intracellular cytokine staining with flow cytometry analysis.
