EGF activates ERK1/2 and Akt pathways in SBOT3.1 cells.

<p>SBOT3.1 and MPSC1 cells were treated with 50 ng/ml EGF for the indicated durations. Phosphorylation of ERK1/2, p38 MAPK and Akt were determined by western blot using antibodies specific for phosphorylated, activated forms of ERK1/2 (p-ERK1/2), p38 MAPK (p-p38) and Akt (p-Akt). Membranes were stripped and reprobed with antibodies to total ERK1/2, p38 MAPK and Akt.
