<p>Values are mean ± SE. n = 7-8 per group. Blood glucose levels were determined by applying tail blood from non-fasting mice to a One touch Ultra Blood Glucose Monitoring System (LifeScan). Serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels were measured enzymatically using Infinity reagents (Thermo DMA) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
