dsDNA induced acute inflammation depends on TNFα.

The Ly-6G+ gate represents neutrophils. Neutrophil numbers in PEC of TNFR1+/+ and TNFR1−/− mice 16 h after i.p. challenge with 2 µg/g of dsDNA. Neutrophil numbers in PEC were determined by multiplying the total cell numbers by the percentage of Ly-6G+ cells.
