Growth of MEFs expressing exogenous SWAP-70s.

<p>Cells were plated at a density of 1×10⁵ cells in 6-cm dishes. A–C, Numbers of cells in each dish were counted. Medium was replaced every other day. A, parental MEFs (closed circles) and MEFs expressing wild-type SWAP-70, SWAP-70-5, (open circles) are shown. As shown in the figure, parental cell line did not grow in the medium containing 0.5% fetal bovine serum, whereas growth of SWAP-70-374-2 and SWAP-70-374-24 was not greatly affected.
