<p>Cells were plated in culture dishes as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0029709#s2" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>. Colonies were scored and photographed 20 days after plating. The terms “microcolony” and “large” indicate the dominating size type of all established colonies, which only showed limited size variations.</p
