Gambaran Pengaruh Perilaku Pemakaian Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) Terhadap Keluhan Kesehatan Pada Petugas Kebersihan Jalan di Kabupaten Madiun Tahun 2017

All work is done in the workplace risk factors, namely labor safety, if not addressed properly it have a negative impact on workers. Madiun County is one of the districts in East Java province that often gets clean city award because it has good hygiene management, one janitor district roads. But the facts on the ground janitor roads are not equipped with APD. The use of appropriate PPE will reduce the likelihood of accidents and occupational diseases. This study aims to determine the behavior of the assessed janitor of knowledge, attitudes and actions in the use of PPE against health complaints experienced during work. From this study we concluded that the respondents 'awareness of APD in both categories by 14 people (61%), respondents' attitudes including good category as 12 people (52%) and for the actions of respondents, including no less than 17 people (74%). Of the three categories can be seen in the PPE usage behavior janitor enough roads included in the category that is equal to 52%. For road janitor who had health complaints while working as many as 18 people (80%). To change behavior for the better use of PPE, need for cooperation between officers and Sanitation Department (DKP) Madiun County. DKP should provide guidance kepeda hygiene management personnel about the benefits of PPE and provide a complete PPE in accordance with the needs of the officers. As for the janitor road should follow the guidance of the APD of DKP in order to better understand the benefits and impacts of the use of full PPE when working to minimize health complaints at work
