The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the performance of employee with organizational citizenship behaviour as the moderating variables. The examined factors of this research are organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction as the independent variables, while the performance of employee as the dependent variables, and organizational citizenship behaviour as the moderating variables.Sampling technique employed in this study is the purposive sampling with the total sample of 44.
