Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) is one of the institutions that represent all levels of society in government, the activities that conducted by Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) is to absorbing the people's aspirations. Before entering to the leader of aspirations, it will be managed by the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD). The Secretariat of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) have duty to facilitating the work of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD). The Secretariat of Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in management of work facilitation in activities of aspiration acceptance consist of various stages, start from processing the letter, scheduling the letters, delivery of information to the public relations, public relations preparing the activity service, as well as the implementation of activities and absorption of aspiration. The stages of managing work facilitation in aspiration acceptance require tools to assist in every job. Working facilities that required is buildings, equipment and office equipment, communication equipment, transportation equipment. The method of this reserch using type of research which is qualitative descriptive. The discussion in describing the management of work facilitation in aspiration acceptance activities requires interviews, and observation to collect data. The management of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in the secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) in terms of aspiration cceptnce activities is the process of processing the letter, the secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) use the equipment and work equipment in good way, but the communication is not running well.
