This paper has been written with the intention to examine whether there are differences inleadership styles among managers belonging to different generations. Studies conductedduring the first semester 2009, and the generations that was studied on in the survey belongedto the 50th and 70th generation. This is because it may be of interest to shed light on possibledifferences in managers' behavior, depending on their generation.The survey is undertaken by a non-probability sample and focused on making a subjectiveselection of respondents.
