Young people born as generation Y hold posts of managers nowadays. This case study asks question how these young managers can appraise different situations and choose proper leadership style. A test called Leadership Judgement Indicator was used to evaluate this. It is based on situational leadership theory which claims that there is not any universal leadership style. Good leader needs to adapt his leadership style to exact situation. This test represents what kind of leadership style do respondents prefer and if they can assess different situations and tailor their leadership style to them.
