Objective: To investigate the variation and significance of oxidative stress indexes, inflammatory factors and function of vascular endothelium in hypercholesterolemia patients and offer relevant supports on clinical therapy for hypercholesterolemia patients. Methods: A total of 120 patients with hypercholesterolemia detected in our hospital were selected, and divided to two groups based on the course of disease: hypercholesterolemia group I (48 cases) and hypercholesterolemia group II (72 cases). A total of 80 healthy cases were selected as the control group.
