<p>Collagen IV staining (red) in Ker-CT skin equivalents increased during the 21 days of emerged culture. Non-linear collagen IV staining appeared in skin equivalents with H-Ras keratinocytes except for Ker-CT-Ras-T, which had little or no collagen IV staining.
