<p>(A) Serially diluted cells (10-fold) of L972 (WT), UMP31 (Δ<i>ura4</i>), UMP38 (Δ<i>coq8</i>), and UMP43 (Δ<i>coq8</i>Δ<i>ura4</i>) strains were grown on the indicated plates and incubated for 3 days at 30°C.
