miR-146a inhibits motility in NSCLC cells.

<p>NSCLC cells were incubated in the presence of miR-146a inhibitor, miR-146a mimic, EGFR siRNA and different controls for 0, 36, 72 and 108 hrs post-transfection. Motility was detected using the wound-healing assay. The pictures from one field of a well representative of ten fields of vision in one well are shown (×100).
