<p>The sensitivity was 88% and specificity was 69% with tPSA cutoff value of 19.0 ng/mL in the age≤60 group; the sensitivity was 78% and specificity was 62% with tPSA cutoff value of 21.0 ng/mL in the age 61–80 group; the sensitivity was 80% and specificity was 59% with PSA value of 23.0 ng/mL in the age≥81 group.
