Combination treatment of PLA-695 with irradiation decreases vascularity.

<p>The C57/Bl6 mice were implanted with diffusion chambers containing LLC cells. Seven days after implantation, the mice were treated with PLA-695 (7.5 mg/Kg of body weight) or vehicle control for 30 min prior to IR (3 Gy). Fourteen days after implantation, the animals were sacrificed and the skin fold covering the diffusion chamber was analyzed.
