Determination of protein expression levels by western blot and immunocytochemistry.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Expression of cleaved caspase 3, Nurr1 and NFκB in comparison to the control β-actin in Dim-D and EGCG treated A431 cells by western blot. Untreated cells were maintained as control.
