<p>HaCaT (A), ME180 (B), MCF7 (C), and MIA PaCa2 (D) cells were transduced with a lentivirus expressing a control luciferase (Luc) shRNA or PCBP1 shRNA, selected by puromycin for 3 d. Whole cell lysates were collected and the levels of PCBP1, Actin, ΔNp63α or ΔNp63β in HaCaT (A), ΔNp63α in ME180 and MCF7 (B–C), and TAp63α in MIA PaCa2 (D) cells were determined by Western blot analysis.
