<p>After transfection of pSilence 4.1-miR-33a or pSilence 4.1 vector (NC) into Chang liver and HepG2 cells for 48 h, cells were collected for the extraction of total RNA for real-time PCR. mRNA levels of all genes were normalized to β2-MG (control).
