<p>A, B: chLym-1 treatment leads to the p-Akt and p-mTOR inhibition, and phosphorylation of 4E-BP1, Erk1/2 and TSC2 are up-regulated. Raji cells were treated with chLym-1 in different concentrations and for different times. Then, western blot were used to observe the expression of autophagy related proteins. Statistics was applied to detect relative intensities of p-Akt-S473, p-Erk1/2-T202/Y204 and Beclin-1. *<i>p</i><0.05, **<i>p</i><0.01 v.s. vehicle. C: U0126 does not block the expression of LC3-II in Raji cells. Raji cells were treated with either or both MEK-Erk1/2 inhibitor U0126 and chLym-1 (10 µg/ml) for 24 h.
