Associations between bacterial phylotypes and PG administration were examined by Fisher exact test. The phylotypes having <i>P</i> values less than 0.05 at least in 2 groups (see <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0075008#pone.0075008.s008" target="_blank">Table S7</a>) are shown.
