Assessment of immunoglobulin subclasses and anti-ssDNA antibodies.

<p>Relative levels of total IgG1 (<b>A–B</b>), IgG2a (<b>C–D</b>) IgG2b (<b>E–F</b>), IgG3 (<b>G–H</b>) and IgM (<b>I–J</b>) were compared in the serum of TLR deficient mice and littermate controls for each experiment. We also assessed serum levels of antibodies to ssDNA (<b>K–L</b>) in each experiment. NS = not significant. Each symbol is an individual mouse.
