Th1 immune response is exacerbated in IL17A deficient recipients despite IL-2-mediated Treg expansion.

<p>Skins from bm12 donors were transplanted on either WT or IL-17A-/- B6 recipients that were treated or not with the IL-2/anti-IL-2 complex. Grafts and draining lymph nodes cells were harvested at day 12 post transplantation.
