<p>Values are presented as mean ± SEM, n = 7–9 per group. Bold font indicates effect P value <0.05 via two-way ANOVA, main effects were not indicated when significant interaction was determined. Comparisons between groups for each effect where significant are denoted by 3 sets of superscripts. Upper case letter (^A, ^B) superscripts indicate comparison procedures were conducted between all groups fed MO diet and all groups fed CON diet. Upper case letter (^A1, ^B1) superscripts indicate comparison procedures were conducted between groups with taurine supplementation and groups without taurine supplementation. Lower case letter superscripts (^a,b,c) indicate multiple comparison procedures were conducted for diet and taurine interaction. Groups that do not share the same letter are significantly different from each other (p<0.05).
