<p>Reverse transcriptase (RT)-PCR analysis of <i>TNF-α</i>, <i>IL-1β</i>, <i>iNOS, TGF-β1, M-CSF, IL-10 and IL-6</i> gene expression in primary microglia exposed to different duration of hypoxia with or without DAPT pretreatment. Note that mRNA expression of all the above mentioned genes is increased significantly to varying extents after hypoxic exposure for different duration. Significant difference between control vs hypoxia groups is shown as *<i>p</i><0.05 and **<i>p</i><0.01; significant difference between hypoxia vs hypoxia+DAPT groups is shown as <sup>#</sup><i>p</i><0.05 and <sup>##</sup><i>p</i><0.01. The values represent the mean ±SD in triplicate.</p
