The stoichiometry (N) and <i>K<sub>d</sub></i> for the interaction of the ENPTYKFFEQ peptide with either μ4-WT or μ4-D190A are expressed as the mean ± SEM (n = 3). Because the interaction of the ENPTYKFFEQ peptide with μ4-R283D is undetectable the stoichiometry and <i>K<sub>d</sub></i> were not determined (N/D).</p
