<p>HCV-infected Huh7.5 cells were treated by 100 nM aptamer or library for 24, 48 hours. Total cellular RNA was isolated. The level of IFN-β (<b>A</b>), G1P3 (<b>B</b>) and 18U (<b>C</b>) mRNA was quantified by real-time PCR and normalized with GAPDH respectively. IFN-a treatment was used as positive control.
