Ability of APE1 and its population variants to bind c-<i>myc</i> CRD RNA.

<p>Increasing amounts of APE1 recombinant proteins were incubated with 50 nM of internally-labeled α-[³²P]-UTP c-<i>myc</i> CRD RNA (nts 1705-1886) in a total binding volume of 20 µl for 15 min at 35^oC as described in the Experimental Procedures.
