<p>(<b>A</b>) Kinetics of IFN-β in HCV-infected HLCZ01 cells. HLCZ01 and Huh7.5 cells were infected with JFH1 virus at MOI of 0.1. Cells were harvested for total RNA extraction at different time points. The kinetics of induction of IFN-β was analyzed by real-time PCR and normalized with GAPDH.
