HPV challenge test with HPV pesudovirions in AcHERV-HPL1s immunized mice.

<p>Mice were immunized three times with PBS (A, B, C), AcHERV-HP16L1 (D), AcHERV-HP18L1 (E), AcHERV-HP58L1 (F), AcHERV-HP16/18L1 (G), AcHERV-HP18/16L1 (H), and AcHERV-HP16/18/58L1 (I) over 6 weeks. Ten weeks after the first immunization, mice received vaginal challenge with PV16 (A, D), PV18 (B, E), PV58 (C, F), the mixture of PV16 and PV18 (G, H), or with the mixture of PV16, PV18, and PV58 (I). Three days after challenge, mice were anesthetized, injected with luciferin, and the levels of luminescence were detected with an IVIS 200 bioluminescence imaging system.
