All gene trees generated and used. Includes raw unsmoothed gene trees, and those smoothed using branch smoothing methods. Each of the 16 datasets has up to 30 gene trees (exceptions are explained in the main text). File designation includes the dataset followed by the phylogenetic method followed by the smoothing method. All gene trees are in the NEWICK format
