Determination of specific anti-rTgROP17 antibody responses in serum samples from vaccinated and control mice by ELISA.

<p>The levels of both specific total IgG (A) and IgG isotype (B) antibodies in the sera of the BALB/c mice were determined by ELISA with rTgROP17 as the bound target two weeks after the final immunization. The results are expressed as the mean value ± SD of OD₄₉₂ (n = 8) from three independent experiments. *<i>P</i>&lt;0.05, **<i>P</i>&lt;0.01 relative to PBS control groups.
