<p>Collected data based on the number of birds, type of birds and the frequency of the sighting of each species of bird that were observed within a 5 minute period at each line transect. The location of the closest bird away from the line transect and the distance of the birds on the line transect were estimated and recorded to the closest meter. Five line transects were placed at random locations at both the grasslands and woodlot habitats at the Seawell woodlot and the grasslands east of Stong Pond between the times of 2:30pm and 5:30pm on September 30th, 2014. The wind speed was also estimated and recorded by utilizing a Beaufort scale.</p
